The machine is delivered with the maintenance parts for the first 200 hours of usage. It is possible to purchase additional maintenance parts.
All our machines have a 12-month manufacturer's warranty or 2000 working hours warranty, whichever is first. The warranty period starts from the moment of starting the machine.
We have all the parts and maintenance materials for the offered products in stock. We are also planning to start a round-the-clock DARDI machines service in the entire county's area. Service works include machine inspections and repairs.
All devices sold by us have the European CE certificate. All machines, before shipment to the customer, are under a detailed, independent control. The precision of the positioning mechanisms and working table is checked using the laser interferometer, and the leakproofness of the entire system and pump's performance is checked by the minimum 20 hours of usage.
Not only machines, but also the most of the spare parts are manufactured in the manufacturer's site, thanks to which, their cost is not increased by the additional middlemen margins.
In the nearest future we are also planning to offer the systems of additional filtration, water softening and closed cycle, air compressors, mechanisms for table cleaning and abrasive material, so called, garnet.
